14-Day Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked. If you're not satisfied with Caipi for any reason, simply contact us and we'll process your refund.

Early Access Note

Caipi is currently in alpha, which means you're getting early access to a product that's still evolving. During this phase, you may encounter bugs or incomplete features as we continue to develop and improve the software. We appreciate early adopters who understand this and are willing to grow with us.

If you experience any issues, please reach out — your feedback helps us improve the product for everyone.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at caipi@plpp.de within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your order number or the email address used for the purchase.

Paddle is our merchant of record and processes the payment, so refunds are issued through Paddle.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Once a refund is processed, your license will be deactivated.
